CO-OWNER/PROJECT MANAGER

Otoniel, also known as Tony, started working in the construction industry from a young age in his family's remodeling company. Working with inspectors, designers and architects helped him learn the inner workings of construction, and how to build homes from footing to finishes. With his knowledge and experience in new construction, and remodeling he delivers quality work, clear communication, and  peace of mind to the home owner of any project our team takes on. You will often see Tony on the project site working side by side with his subcontractors and co-workers. 

Tony enjoys the company of his wife and four dogs. Going out often to try new food is also a must. During our sunny season, Tony enjoys riding his quad through the mountains, and during winter you can catch him going down the snowy slopes on his snowboard.

 CO-OWNER/INTERIOR DESIGNER

Elia has been with the KBB team since June 2020. Elia graduated with her interior design degree in 2017 and has since enjoyed designing and building new homes, and remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Her education and experience in 2020spaces, InDesign, and AutoCAD help provide you with a detailed layout, and 3D rendering of your personalized project. Elia works onsite with subcontractors, inspectors, engineers, and architects to make reimagining your home effortless and stress-free.

During her free time, you can find Elia baking, crafting, reading or catching up on her favorite tv shows. Most of all she enjoys spending time with her husband and four dogs.

OFFICE MANAGER  

Lucy joined the KBB team in March 2021. She brings 20 years of administrative experience in office management. She assists in scheduling and maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing. Her friendly and personable charisma help make communication with KBB comfortable and easy. Lucy is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Lucy moved to Washington from California in 2016 and has since enjoyed her time here in the Evergreen state. Lucy loves to kayak, hike and camp, and can most frequently be found spending time outdoors enjoying nature with her husband and four dogs.

LEAD CARPENTER

 Andres has worked with KBB as a sub-contractor since early 2021.  Andres is skilled in various interior work, such as cabinetry, framing, and painting among many other things . He has worked as a remodeler for over 7 years. He applies his vast knowledge and experience on each of our projects, allowing them to run efficiently, and in a timely manner while maintaining exemplary craftsmanship.

During his free time, Andres enjoys riding his mountain bike, snowboarding and spending time with his wife and kids.

CARPENTER APPRENTICE

   Israel moved to Washington state and joined KBB in 2022. His previous education, and job experience have made him successful in his apprenticeship. Israel has quickly gained skills in framing, interior finishes, painting, concrete pouring, and insulation. 

Israel is a car enthusiast, and enjoys trying and learning new things. He looks forward to visiting the great sites Washington State has to offer.
